Moira Curtain is an enthusiastic and innovative cook, having catered for family, friends and guests over many years. Her recipes are, of necessity, simple and tasty, espoused when her time was at a premium as she juggled family, grazing and farm tourism duties with a career in her chosen field of Occupational therapy, for the best part of thirty years.
Her recipes have been sought after by many, and more often than not guests depart Old Boyneside with a precious sript clutched in her hands, determined to replicate their favourite dish on their return home.

I loved the show at Katherine and purchased the cookbook there. I like a lot of the old fashioned recipes so it is becoming a favourite of mine. I hope to see your show again some day in South Australia.
