Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in extenuating circumstances. Please submit refund requests via email to the event organisers with supporting documentation at [email protected]. The event organisers reserve the right to refuse refunds.

Media

Please note, Outback Productions, Katherine Outback Experience and Tom Curtain (the Organiser) or any other third party organisation appointed by the Organiser may broadcast, telecast, film and/ or record coverage of the event. The Organiser or any other third party appointed by the Organiser may photograph, video or audio record you during your attendance at the event. The Organiser may without compensation to you broadcast, publish, license and use any photographs, film, recordings or images of you taken at the event on any media (including Social Media), including for event coverage, and current and future event marketing and for promotional purposes. Third parties may be appointed by the Organiser to broadcast, publish, license or use any photographs, film, recordings or images of you taken at the event they have collected or provided to them by the Organiser on any media including for event coverage and current and future marketing and promotional purposes. The Organiser, third parties and anyone acquiring from them a right to use the material are not liable to you in any way for its use.
