Tom Curtain’s Country Boys, Cowgirls & Horses Tour 2026/27 is his 11th national tour in a row. It kicks off Tuesday 29 September 2026 at the Kununurra Rodeo Grounds in the Kimberley, works south through Western Australia, crosses the Nullarbor into South Australia in January 2027, then heads east through outback and coastal New South Wales — through Tamworth, up into New England, and all the way to the Central Coast.
The tour takes its name from Tom’s brand new single, Country Boys, Cowgirls & Horses. Below you’ll find every confirmed date, what happens at the show, ticket details, and who’s on the road with Tom.
What is the Country Boys, Cowgirls & Horses show?
It’s a big, lively afternoon/evening of horses, working dogs, goats, live country music, and a lot of crowd involvement. Nothing is scripted. No two shows are the same.
You’ll see working dog training demonstrations, often with kids from the crowd lending a hand. There’s horse liberty work, and yes — Tom riding a horse while playing guitar. The crowd-favourite sack race is always on the program, and somehow the adults end up taking it more seriously than the kids every single time.
Add in live music, dancing, stories, and a few moments nobody saw coming, and that’s a Tom Curtain night. It’s relaxed and interactive. Kids are right in the thick of it, and the adults are usually laughing just as much.
Kids five years and under get in free. They still need a booked ticket, so grab theirs when you book yours.

Tickets and Kids

What to Bring
Bring your own chair. Most venues don’t have seating, so a camp chair works well. Get in as close to the arena as you can — the closer you are, the more you catch of the horses, the dogs, and the action.
Who is Performing
Chris Matthews is on the road for the full tour. He’s a great mate and one of the best singer-songwriters going around, and having him back is pretty special.
For the WA run, Zara Lindeman, Courtney Rose, and Josh Beveridge are joining for different legs, so each stop will have something a little different. New and returning faces for the new year will be announced soon.
