2023/24 Tour Recap: Richmond, Qld

On a beautiful afternoon in Richmond, Tom Curtain finished the first weekend of the “Why We Live Out Here” tour with a standout performance that captivated attendees. Accompanied by musicians Chris Matthews and Mel Fraser, as well as his ensemble of animals, Tom delivered a compelling blend of music and storytelling. With lively renditions of Billy Don’t Like No Hip Hop and When the Rain Comes Down Tom had the kids dancing and beat and, let’s be honest, the farmers a little teary eyed. The Richmond show highlighted Tom’s deep connection to the people of the outback solidifying his reputation as a true ambassador of outback culture.
