2023/24 Tour Recap: Barmah, VIC

The Barmah event of the “Why We Live Out Here” tour unfolded amidst the picturesque dusty sands of the Australian outback, providing a quintessentially rugged backdrop that added to the charm of the afternoon. As the sun set over the serene landscape, what began as a relaxed gathering quickly escalated into an unforgettable dance fest, with attendees of all ages kicking up their heels and turning the sand into a spontaneous dance floor. The energy was palpable as the community came together making the event into a true celebration of outback spirit and camaraderie. Tom Curtain and fellow musicians Laura Frank, Chris Matthews and Mel Fraser were thrilled by the turnout and the enthusiasm. One word to describe this night – epic!
