Here’s To You & the Top End for Two – Mega Prize Draw

Promoter:
The promoter is Outback Productions Pty Ltd (ABN: 62 636 110 800) and Katherine Outback Experience (84 612 594 233) of 115 Collins Road, Uralla, NT 0852 (“Promoter”).

Entry Eligibility & Restrictions

• Entry is open to Australian residents only.
• You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
• Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• One guest in the winning travel party must have a valid Australian driver’s license or equivalent as the prize includes self-drive components.

Promotion Period

• Starts: 9:00am (AEST) Friday, 2 August 2025
• Ends: 11:59pm (AEST) Saturday, 25 January 2026

How to Enter

1. Purchase Tom Curtain’s HERE’S TO YOU Album (physical CD or digital download) in one of the following ways during the Promotion Period:
   • Online at either:
     www.tomcurtain.com.au OR www.katherineoutbackexperience.com.au
   • Shop front at a
     Katherine Outback Experience Show at 115 Collins Road, Uralla, NT
   • Pop up merchandise stand at one of Tom Curtain’s HERE’S TO YOU TOUR Shows during the promotion period
2. If you purchase online, your details will automatically register you for the competition
3. If you purchase face-to-face, you will be issued a single-use booking code to complete the online entry form
4. If you have already pre-purchased the album via the above means, you will automatically go in the draw unless you request otherwise by contacting [email protected] direct.

NOTE:

• Entrants will require an active email account
• Album sales via streaming platforms including (but not limited to) Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon, YouTube and more, are not included in this prize draw (although Tom and the  team are very grateful for your support on streaming platforms)
• Only direct purchases through Tom Curtain or Katherine Outback Experience are valid.

Entry Limits

• All entries must be received during the Promotion Period
• One HERE’S TO YOU Album purchase (physical or digital) equates to one entry (not including streaming platforms).

Draw Details

• This is a game of chance
• One random draw will be conducted by the Promoter at the end of the Promotion Period:
  • Time: 12:00pm (AEST)
  • Date: Friday 30, January 2026

Prize Details

The ‘Here’s To You & Top End Too’ mega prize, valued at over $15,000, is for two and includes:

NOTE:

• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any component becomes unavailable.
• All travel must be completed within the validity period specified by each prize provider.
• Any additional expenses not included in the prize (including but not limited to additional travel, meals, spending money, travel insurance, and incidentals) will be the responsibility of the winner.
• Individual prize provider terms and conditions will apply.

Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email on Friday, 30 January 2026 at 12:00pm (AEST).

Prize Claim Date and Time

The winner must claim the prize by 12:00pm (AEST) on Thursday, 5 February 2026.

Unclaimed Prize Draw Date

If the winner does not claim the prize by the date above, a redraw will take place at 10:00am (AEST) on Friday, 6 February 2026. The new winner will be notified by 12:00pm (AEST) on the same day and must respond by 12:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 12, February 2026.

Prize Delivery

• The winner must notify the Promoter eight (8) weeks prior to travel so a return flight voucher from the nearest Australian capital city to Darwin, NT can be issued
• The Promoter will provide vouchers to the winner to arrange prize fulfilment.

Privacy

By entering, you agree to be added to Tom Curtain’s and Katherine Outback Experience’s mailing lists to receive marketing and promotional emails about upcoming music releases, shows, and special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time. Personal information will be managed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any prize that is lost, stolen, or damaged after it has been awarded.
• The Promoter’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• This Promotion is governed by the laws of all Australian states and territories.
• The Promoter does not take responsibility for prizes being booked out on preferred travel dates. It is the Winner’s responsibility to arrange travel with operators when there is availability. Note some operators do close over the low tourist season months.
